"Fourteen years ago, I dreamt having my own pizzeria"

“After finishing my baccalaureate, I traveled to Canada and joined St. Mary’s University to study economics. Parallel to my studies, I was working part time in a pizzeria. I couldn’t finish my studies in Canada for some personal reasons, so I had to come back to Lebanon. I joined the School of Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of Balamand. Since I worked in that pizzeria in Canada, I had a dream to have my own pizza place and why not my chain sometime in the future. After I graduated in 2007, I joined Wooden Bakery in Tripoli as assistant manager. Four months later, I was appointed as the operations manager. After holding many jobs in the food service industry, I decided to open my own pizzeria. I started my first branch of “JJ’s pizza ‘n’ more” at University of Balamand food court and recently I opened another branch for JJ’s at the food court of another private university. Now I’m looking forward to open other branches in other different universities. Fourteen years ago, I dreamt having my own pizzeria, and now I am close to achieve my dream: JJ’s pizza chain”.
