BB"I used to tell my instructors that when I grow up I will be a Food & Beverage manager"

“Since I was young, I wanted to work in the hospitality industry as my father had a chain of restaurants outside the country. I grew up and joined the University of Balamand and registered in the School of Tourism and Hotel Management.

We had a supportive team of instructors and a Dean who was closer to us like a big brother. The team advised us on what courses to take and what path to follow according to our needs and goals. We did internships in well-known leading hotels; we did events and dinners in addition to trips to wineries and hospitality outlets.
When I was still studying at the university, I used to tell my instructors that when I grow up I will be a Food & Beverage manager and I will manage leading outlets.
Currently, I am the F&B manager for Beirut Souks Cinemacity. I manage a team of 95 employees working under 6 outlets. On monthly basis I go on B Beirut TV show presenting the latest trends in the F&B market and offerings.

In the future I find myself operating my own restaurant theme in addition to regional management position”.
