“In my high school years, I wanted to study biology but I shifted to Hospitality Management where I felt a belonging due to the passion I had for this sector; it was the main influence that inspired me to study hospitality management.

It brought satisfaction serving guests and being in contact with people.

Another reason I pursued hospitality and tourism was the variety of career opportunities that lies inside this sector.

Hospitality Management opens doors beyond hotels and restaurants, giving me wider options of paths in the career.

My parents were of a great support, they believed that by doing what I like I will succeed no matter how challenging the sector is.

During my studies at the University of Balamand, I found out that Balamand is notable in all majors, especially in Hospitality.

The high education standards set for their faculty members and curriculums made it one of the best in its fields of education.
At the School of Tourism and Hotel Management, I have experienced the most amazing years with the leadership of its professors, with its students’ environment and spirit. I started my career at the InterContinental Le Vendome Beirut, where I had my Food & Beverage internship.

Edde Sands Hotel and Wellness Resort was the first stage as I stepped into Rooms division as a front desk agent and after that I moved on to The Four Seasons Hotel in Beirut.

In the pace in which my expertise is growing, I see myself as one of the heads of the Rooms Divisions paths, where I’ll apply my experience in improving the department’s standards, keeping a high level of service and leading my team to achieve Excellence.
